This service provides AI image, video, chat, and related creative tools. We allow lawful, consensual, clearly adult synthetic content where an adult feature is available. You must follow the safety, age, consent, intellectual-property, and payment rules below.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use adult features. If your local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies. We may require an age-assurance check before enabling an adult feature. Do not create an account or use the service if you cannot meet these requirements.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

What the service provides

Features, models, limits, generation modes, and availability vary by site, region, account, and provider. We may change, pause, or retire a feature. We do not promise that every prompt will be accepted or that every provider will support every content category.

Adult and synthetic content

Where adult generation is enabled, you may create lawful, consensual, clearly adult synthetic content, including fictional adult characters. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any input, likeness, or other material you submit.

You must not use the service to create, request, upload, store, share, or distribute:

• content involving a minor, an age-ambiguous person, or a person presented as under 18;
• sexualized depictions of a real person, celebrity, or public figure, including deepfakes, face swaps, or impersonation;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or sexual violence;
• incest, bestiality, or any other unlawful sexual content;
• content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• malware, fraud, harassment, threats, or instructions for illegal activity.

We may block, remove, or report content when required by law, a valid rights request, a safety review, or a provider restriction. Repeated attempts to bypass safeguards may lead to suspension or termination.

Your content and our license

You retain rights you already have in prompts, inputs, and outputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not acquire ownership of your content through this license.

Do not submit content that you are not allowed to process or that contains another person's private information without permission.

Pricing, credits, and subscriptions

The checkout page shows the price, currency, credits, limits, and billing interval before you pay. We may offer one-time credit packs and recurring monthly or yearly plans. A recurring plan renews at the displayed interval until you cancel it.

You can cancel future renewals from the billing controls made available to your account or by contacting us through Contact. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout page or applicable law says otherwise. Credits, expiration dates, and feature limits are shown on the pricing page or at checkout and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, failed generations, unused credits, subscription charges, and processing times. Taxes or legally required charges may apply.

Intellectual property

Our service, software, design, documentation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address unpaid charges, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections about content rights, payments, liability, disputes, and required records continue after termination where applicable.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or a particular result. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, contact us through Contact and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any required court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or safety requirements change. We will post the new version with a new date. If a material change adversely affects you, we will provide notice where required by law.
